Too much Food

I eat too mush food that’s why I’m become fat. Before I’ am so very slim and fit, I can wear fit polo shirt with munching maong pants. I like my body before I’m maintaining it by going o the gym four times a week. But because I love eating too much food especially rice that has too much carbohydrates I lost my good and fit and healthy body .if I’m 70lbs before now double that. I also love to eat pork; seafood’s, chocolate and many sweet foods. I know all of that is bad to my health especially when it is too much. I try to minimize the food that a eat but still I cannot control to eat especially when I thinking and see all my favorite food. Even pass in the evening I’ am still cooking my favorite food then I eat too much one of the best reason why I’m getting bigger and bigger because of eating in midnigth.until I feel that my body become week not only because of too much eating food that bad to my health but also because of lock of exercise. As of now I’m trying again to eat less carbohydrates and sweet food and I’m starting to exercise every morning with my friend. Hope this will continue until I reach my fit and good body before and also to give back my strong body again.

Cleaning and Protect Ears

The organ of hearing and equilibrium in vertebrates, in humans consisting of an external ear that gathers sound vibrations, a middle ear in which the vibrations resonate against the tympanic membrane, and a fluid-filled internal ear that maintains balance and that conducts the tympanic vibrations to the auditory nerve, which transmits them as impulses to the brain. Our ear is very sensitive. We usually clean, but remember that out ears are sensitive that’s why there a ways how to clean ear. First don’t use any this thing to clean our ears because there is a possibility to damage our ears. Things not to be use cotton-tipped, swabs, bobby pins, paper clips, or twisted pieces of paper. These items usually don’t remove problems wax to our ears and more important can easily damage our ear drum. Impact there is a possibility that instead to remove the wax in our ears using there things it may push the wax deeper inside our ears. Ear wax is part of the body normal defense system, it traps dust and other foreign objects, protect the ear canal, and inhibit growth of bacteria. We don’t need to remove totally the ear wax. If you feel some problems in your ears don’t exercise to find cure to that problems, always go to the EENT doctors so that they are the one who gonna see and give solution to the problems. Remember that our ears are having very important rules in our body.

Papaya has a yellowish to orange skin .the interior of papaya fruit is deep orange, the taste sweet, and the texture is soft. It is also one of the best fruit to eat if you are dieting. Its contains a high amount of vitamins A,C and E,folic acid,potassium,copper,beta-carotene,calcium,phosphorus,iron and fiber. Papaya is one of the most nutritious fruit. Papaya can be consumed as juice. papaya fruit can use for people with stomach ailments such as heartburn, stomach distress,diarrhea,ulcers and even montezuma’srevenge.papaya can also use to lower blood pressure and cholesterol and help to prevent strokes and fight heart and bowel disease. Papaya fruits have a black seeds, the seeds are not poisonous and many people love and enjoy eating them. Papaya has many uses, can used in making salad, put as a recipes to the food you cooking and many more. Try to eat papaya everyday and see for your self the result of eating this fruits.
