What we eat become parts of our body. All parts of our body need protein and nutrients, starting from our brain to our bones to our muscles and nerve. What we eat it becomes our blood and when this food become blood this is the time that our body can used it to distribute in all different parts of our body. We must now the best food to eat .If we goanna prepare food that with out any ingredients its make more or produce lots of nutrients to our body .We goanna have strong mind and body that can never give by food with a lots and different ingredients. If we want to have good and healthy body we need to have nutrient in every food that we eat. Don’t eat too much food especially those have to much cholesterol and carbohydrates. We must eat more Fruit and vegetables that clean our blood and give our body lots of energy and vitamins. Remember that we have only one life and one body. If we don’t take care this body we goanna lose it and we cannot return it again. God says that is we goanna take care our self he will take care us where ever we go in this world.
