I eat too mush food that’s why I’m become fat. Before I’ am so very slim and fit, I can wear fit polo shirt with munching maong pants. I like my body before I’m maintaining it by going o the gym four times a week. But because I love eating too much food especially rice that has too much carbohydrates I lost my good and fit and healthy body .if I’m 70lbs before now double that. I also love to eat pork; seafood’s, chocolate and many sweet foods. I know all of that is bad to my health especially when it is too much. I try to minimize the food that a eat but still I cannot control to eat especially when I thinking and see all my favorite food. Even pass in the evening I’ am still cooking my favorite food then I eat too much one of the best reason why I’m getting bigger and bigger because of eating in midnigth.until I feel that my body become week not only because of too much eating food that bad to my health but also because of lock of exercise. As of now I’m trying again to eat less carbohydrates and sweet food and I’m starting to exercise every morning with my friend. Hope this will continue until I reach my fit and good body before and also to give back my strong body again.
